Mystical Wellness started with a simple idea: real food, made fresh for you, by someone who actually cares what's in it. No preservatives, no mystery ingredients — just real protein yogurt, oat milk, chia seeds, and real fruit, prepared fresh for every single order.

We don't premake a big batch and let it sit. Every Nourishment is prepared fresh for your specific order, which means what you're eating was made for you — not sitting on a shelf waiting to be picked up. Freshness isn't a marketing word here; it's the whole point.

Protein-powered, honestly

Every base includes real Chobani protein yogurt alongside oat milk and chia seeds — giving each Nourishment roughly 8 grams of protein without any protein powders or additives. This does mean our recipe contains dairy; we'd rather be upfront about that than make a claim that isn't true.

Built around chia
